How many photos do we get in the end?
I deliver a minimum of edited 50 photos each hour we spend together, but I usually give you more. It just depends on how many photos are needed to tell your story:)
Each image is edited with my unique colour and style, one at a time. And you get all of those in full res via download, or on a USB drive for full day weddings.
Is there an easy way for all the guests to see all the final photos/ and or video?
Super easy. You get your own pixieset gallery which you can share with family and friends and they can download any images they like too.
Can I see some full galleries?
Yes. Send me an email info@hollywallace.co.nz and I’ll send you a link to some weddings that might be a good fit.
What kind of camera’s do you shoot on?
For photography I have my trusty Canon 5DMk1V. For film we use a mix of cameras – our brand new Sony FS7, Panasonic GH5 on our Ronin S (a stabilised gimbal). We also use go pros occasionally and a 4K DJI camera on the Phantom drone. Not to mention our incredible selection of glass (lenses) that go on all of our cameras. Wow that’s a lot of kit!
For video do we get all the RAW footage?
No, we don’t give you the RAW footage as you’re paying us to look through hours and hours of rough footage and edit it into a highlights film. What we can give you is a full ceremony or speeches edit which is largely unedited, raw footage. Saying that, we will do a full sound mix and grade of this footage before we give it to you:)
Do we have the rights to print our photos?
Yes. You can print them yourself, or I can do beautiful art prints, or books for you. It’s up to you:)
How long does it take to get all our photos and video?
During the peak season (oct – mar) it can be up to 3 months for photos and 4 months for your film, but most of the time it’s sooner. For photos, I send you a sneak peak of your best images within 2 weeks, so you can share them:)
If we book a heli-flight as part of your day, do you charge extra to come with us?
No we don’t. It’s all included in our packages – wherever you go, we go:)
Can you help us book a heli-flight?
YES. We have great working relationships with Heliworks and Heli Glenorchy and can book you a 3, or 6 seater chopper. There are countless epic landing locations in the mountains around Queenstown and further afield. The sky really is the limit. So much FUN!!
What types of payment do you accept?
At the moment we accept cash, or bank transfer, No credit cards at the moment sorry, although we are looking into it.
What is required to officially book you?
I like to have a skype chat or a coffee to see if we’re a good fit. If we’re all keen to go ahead, I’ll draw up an agreement with all the details. I need you to sign the agreement and pay a 25% deposit which secures your booking. Done.
Full payment is due the week leading up to your big day.
