Josh and Jordann’s elopement was such a treat. They were married on new year’s eve at Thurlby Domain in the barn, and then first thing new year’s morning flew to Earnslaw Burn which is a hanging glacier on NZ’s fourth largest mountains. They had not seen each other for 6 months before the wedding as they are both in the U.S Navy, and were once again going in different directions after their time in Queenstown, so there was a bitter sweet element to their day. I loved Jordann’s beautiful floral crown and flowing silk dress, and Josh’s vows made me cry. We reckon it was the first wedding shoot of the year in the world! Therefor this film is the first wedding film shot in 2015. Not often you get to be first at something!
