Wedding Films | Queenstown
We make fresh and natural documentary style wedding films that beautifully tell the story of your day. Both Josh (my lovely husband), and I come from a documentary background. We worked for the BBC in the UK for five years, travelling around the world making documentaries about everything from Turkish nomads to the best food in South Korea and wildlife throughout Africa. It’s this background that gives our films depth. We want to tell your whole story, not just make a pretty montage of images from your wedding. We want to know how you met, who you are as people, why you fell in love, and what led you to this pivotal day in your lives. We know we’ve done our job well when anyone can watch your film and laugh and cry with you.
We’re trained story tellers, so we know what to look for to craft a film like no-one elses, because your story is like no-one elses. Your love story is a one of a kind, as is your wedding, as will be your wedding film.
From the moment you get in touch, we spend time getting to know you so when your day arrives, we have a good sense of who you are and what’s important to you, so we feel more like friends on your wedding day and you can relax with us.
We have also just brought on a lovely third camera operator/ director, and drone pilot Dave Oakley, who’s an all round clever and nice guy!
If you book a combined photo and film package, I’ll take the photos while Josh and Dave work together to film your wedding. All three of us will come up with a synchronised plan, so we don’t miss a moment, don’t get in each other’s way, and also share a creative vision.
