I don’t usually take photos of meat, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when Mike Wilkins approached me to photograph his prime cuts which he exports to China. He’d organised a chef to show how best to prepare each cut of meat, and which wine to match it with. Here’s the result. Makes me hungry!
